This website privacy policy describes how the Moseley Society protects and makes use of the information you provide when joining as a member. In this respect the Secretary will act as the Data Controller.

We gather and use certain information about individuals in order to provide services and to enable certain functions on this website and to reclaim Gift Aid. The lawful basis on which we gather your personal data is Contract (You enter into a contractual relationship with the Moseley Society and consent to our processing your personal data for the purposes outlined below).

We retain all membership information unless you ask us to delete it. You have the right and ability to delete all information we hold about you (see below).

If you joined Moseley Society prior to April 1st 2018, we acknowledge your consent for us to store personal information. Members joining after this date can register their consent (or not) when completing an application form or when joining on-line.
